American Medical Administrators MGMT Company in Kansas City, MO is seeking licensed nurses (LPN/RN) to provide compassionate patient care in our care facility. You will assess residents, follow protocols, document changes, and manage admissions and discharges while leading CNAs within the team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report changes, and document findings.
• Complete admission duties: assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, chart setup, orders, and meds.
• Manage discharges: documentation, notify physician/guardian, arrange transportation.
• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs to ensure policy compliance.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.

• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications

• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation

• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings

• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies

• Respond effectively to emergency situations
