Job summary

American Medical Administrators MGMT Company in Florissant, MO is seeking LPNs to provide compassionate nursing care on day and evening shifts, with a PRN option.

You will perform assessments, wound care, admissions, discharges, and lead CNAs, while complying with facility protocols and reporting changes.

This role emphasizes empathy, integrity, and teamwork in a supportive care environment.

Qualifications

• LPN license current in Missouri and active.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong patient-facing communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and document findings per protocol.
• Handle admission tasks including MAR, TAR, POS and physician orders.
• Manage discharges, coordinate transportation and notify physicians.
• Provide wound care, dressing changes, and follow care plans.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs to ensure facility policies are followed.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient condition.

We are currently seeking LPN’s. We have a full-time day shift, part time evening shift, and a PRN opportunity.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings
• Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set-up, physician orders, and order medications
• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation
• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies
• Respond effectively to emergency situations
