Job summary

LifePath is now hiring LPN/RN for regular full-time and part-time schedules at our Sellersville, Pennsylvania residential group homes. Second shift and awake overnight shifts are available, with every other weekend included.

Posted pay rates are $32.75 for LPN and $34.75 for RN per hour. All training is done on-site. This role requires PA license, at least one year of nursing experience, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 pounds; candidates must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/RN license from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of one year nursing experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean 3 year record.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and comprehend English language to understand work assignments and LifePath policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a residential group home working with adults with developmental and physical disabilities.
• Administer medications and coordinate medical appointments.
• Work with direct care staff to meet residents' needs and perform duties.
• Complete required documentation and paperwork.

LPN/RN job responsibilities include but are not limited to providing care in a residential group home working with adults with developmental and physical disabilities. Jobs duties include: Working with the direct care staff to ensure all of the residents needs are met including personal care, meals, transportation, household duties, medication administration, attending medical appointments, medical assessments and treatments, medical and other documentation and paperwork as required.
