Job summary

LifePath in Bethlehem, PA, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care in a residential group home for adults with developmental and physical disabilities. The role includes personal care, meals, transportation, medication administration, medical appointments, and required documentation. Second shift and Awake Overnight shifts (every other weekend) are available.

All training is on site. Excellent benefits package includes Medical/Dental/Prescription, TELADOC, PTO, tuition

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean 3-year record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and understand English in work-related material.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a residential group home for adults with developmental and physical disabilities.
• Coordinate with direct care staff to meet residents' needs (personal care, meals, transportation, household duties).
• Administer medications and accompany residents to medical appointments; complete required documentation.

LPN job responsibilities include but is not limited to providing care in a residential group home working with adults with developmental and physical disabilities. Jobs duties include: Working with the direct care staff to ensure all of the residents needs are met including personal care, meals, transportation, household duties, medication administration, attending medical appointments, medical assessments and treatments, medical and other documentation and paperwork as required.

• Current LPN license from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• A minimum of one year nursing experience
• Valid Driver's License with a clean 3 year record
• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to read and comprehend English language to understand work assignments, LifePath policies and procedures, and perform job safely
