Job summary

LifePath is seeking LPNs and RNs for regular full-time and part-time positions in Sellersville, PA. Shifts include second and overnight hours, with every other weekend.

LPNs earn $32.75/hr and RNs $34.75/hr, with all training on site and a strong benefits package. Responsibilities include providing care in a residential group home for adults with developmental and physical disabilities, administering medications, coordinating with staff, attending medical appointments, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Current LPN/RN license from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of one year nursing experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean 3 year record.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and comprehend English language to understand work assignments, LifePath policies and procedures, and perform job safely.

Responsibilities

• Providing care in a residential group home with adults with developmental and physical disabilities.
• Coordinate with direct care staff to meet residents' personal care, meals, transportation, and household needs.
• Administer medications, accompany residents to medical appointments, and document treatments and care.
• Conduct medical assessments and treatments and complete required paperwork.

LPN/RN job responsibilities include but are not limited to providing care in a residential group home working with adults with developmental and physical disabilities. Jobs duties include: Working with the direct care staff to ensure all of the residents needs are met including personal care, meals, transportation, household duties, medication administration, attending medical appointments, medical assessments and treatments, medical and other documentation and paperwork as required.
