Job summary

LifePath in Sellersville, PA seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee a residential group home, supervise direct care staff, and coordinate scheduling, training, and documentation.

The role includes payroll, monthly reports, monthly fire drills, coordinating doctors’ visits with residents, and ensuring adherence to behavior plans and care protocols. On-site paid trainings and a comprehensive benefits package are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience working with adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities.
• One year supervisory experience preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's license with 3-year clean driving record (preferred).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and comprehend English language to understand work assignments and LifePath policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall management of a residential group home.
• Supervise direct care staff including interviewing, scheduling, training and disciplines.
• Handle payroll, petty cash, monthly reports and meetings.
• Maintain daily documentation, monthly fire drills and schedule doctors’ appointments for residents.
• Ensure implementation of behavior plans and care plans.

Program Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to overall management of a residential group home, supervising direct care staff, interviewing, scheduling, training, disciplines, monthly staff meetings, payroll, petty cash, monthly and annual reports; daily documentation, monthly fire drills, community outings, scheduling and attending doctors’ appointments with residents, direct care, and following and overseeing implementation of behavior plans, protocols and care plans.

**PAID TRAININGS DONE ON SITE**

Schedules

• Monday-Friday: 7:30am - 3:30pm, including on-call responsibilities
• Monday-Friday: 7am - 3pm, including on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:
