LifePath in Sellersville, PA is seeking an LPN/RN for full-time and part-time roles in a residential setting. Second shift and awake overnight shifts are available, with every other weekend work required.

Pay ranges shown reflect hourly rates for LPN and RN positions, with all training conducted on site. The role involves direct care for adults with developmental and physical disabilities, medication administration, and coordination with direct care staff to meet residents' needs.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/RN license from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of one year nursing experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean 3 year record.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to read and comprehend English language to understand work assignments, LifePath policies and procedures, and perform job safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a residential group home for adults with developmental and physical disabilities.
• Assist with personal care, meals, transportation, and household duties.
• Administer medications and accompany medical appointments.
• Complete medical documentation and paperwork as required.
• Work with direct care staff to meet residents' needs.

Salary Range: $32.75 To $34.75 Annually

SET FULL TIME & PART TIME SCHEDULES!!

LPN/RN job responsibilities include but are not limited to providing care in a residential group home working with adults with developmental and physical disabilities. Jobs duties include: Working with the direct care staff to ensure all of the residents needs are met including personal care, meals, transportation, household duties, medication administration, attending medical appointments, medical assessments and treatments, medical and other documentation and paperwork as required.
