Salary: $24.60 Annually

For 50 years, LifePath has been providing a variety of community and residential services to individuals of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout 7 counties in Pennsylvania. Program Supervisor responsibilities include but are not limited to overall management of a residential group home, supervising direct care staff, interviewing, scheduling, training, disciplines, monthly staff meetings, payroll, petty cash, monthly and annual reports; daily documentation, monthly fire drills, community outings, scheduling and attending doctors’ appointments with residents, direct care, and following and overseeing implementation of behavior plans, protocols and care plans.

PAID TRAININGS DONE ON SITE

Schedules

• Monday-Friday: 7:30am - 3:30pm, including on-call responsibilities
• Monday-Friday: 7am - 3pm, including on-call responsibilities

Qualifications
