Job summary

Odessa Health Care Center is seeking an LPN dedicated to compassionate resident care. The role emphasizes empathy, patience, and adherence to care protocols while supporting the healthcare team in a skilled nursing setting.

You will perform assessments, manage admissions and discharges, provide wound care, and respond to emergencies, while leading CNAs to ensure compliant, high-quality care.

• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings.
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies.
• Respond effectively to emergency situations.
