Job summary

Benchmark at Rye in Rye, NH is seeking compassionate LNAs, PCAs and Caregivers to join our memory care community. The role involves providing warm, resident-centered care in a home-like setting, with evening shifts 2p-10p and opportunities for day and overnight work.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, documenting care, and supporting residents through meaningful activities and emotional support. CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license or caregiver experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.
• Other duties as needed.
