Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completion of admission process including Medical Checklist/Physical Health/Nutritional screening.
• Observes consumer behavior, documents observations, and communicates with the Treatment Team.
• Administers medications and ensures Six Rights of medication administration.
• Provides nursing care and directs staff as needed.
• Assists with personal care tasks and daily living activities.
• Performs hand-off communication at shift changes and adheres to policies.
