Responsibilities

• Administers medications observing the six rights and orders medications to the pharmacy.
• Completes admission procedures with medical checklist, vital signs, and MARS as applicable.
• Interfaces with the treatment team to develop the interdisciplinary treatment plan.
• Provides emergency care (CPR, Emergency Medications) as needed.
• Documents promptly and accurately per AltaPointe policy.
