Job summary

People Incorporated in Taunton, MA is seeking LPN or RN professionals to provide compassionate care in a 24-hour supported home environment. The LPN/RN will administer medications, monitor health, and support individuals with life challenges in a respectful, rights-based setting.

Responsibilities include structured daily routines, coordinating with families, implementing individualized plans, and maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• Criminal background check and a valid driver’s license required.
• TB screening and a TB update every two years after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured daily routines including house meetings, outings, meal prep, ADL care, family visitations, and medication distribution.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as per ISP.
• De-escalation and crisis management as needed to ensure safety.
