Cedarhurst Living invites experienced LPNs and RNs to join our team in Omaha. You will deliver and coordinate resident care, administer medications, perform assessments, and document findings in alignment with physician orders and individualized plans.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current state license (LPN or RN).
• Experience with nursing duties, medication administration, and resident assessments is preferred.
• Proficiency with common digital tools and electronic health records.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate resident care in line with physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor residents’ conditions and responses.
• Lead care staff, ensure safety initiatives, and communicate with residents, families, and physicians.
• Document observations, interventions, and daily care activities accurately.
• Support activities of daily living and assist with scheduling medical appointments.
