Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver, coordinate, and evaluate resident care per orders and service plans.
• Administer medications and document per five rights guidelines.
• Supervise care staff and promote safety initiatives.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and leadership.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as needed.
• Document observations, interventions, and MAR accurately.
• Schedule medical, dental, and lab appointments.
• Support fall prevention and infection control measures.
