Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Cardiac Telemetry RN/LPN for night shifts (24 hours per week). The nurse will use the nursing process to provide patient care and coordinate care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Education requires graduation from a nursing program (AD/ Diploma/ BSN) and active RN licensure in the hiring state or compact. BLS certification is required or to be completed within 30 days of hire.

• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Position Details:

RN/LPN - Cardiac Tele- PT Nights (24/hr weekly)

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications:

• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements:

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
