Job summary

Mercy in St. Louis, MO is hiring an RN/LPN for Cardiac Tele- PT Nights (24/hr weekly).

You will use the nursing process to provide patient care and coordinate with other departments while upholding patient rights and Mercy Service Standards. Education and licensure requirements include an accredited nursing program graduate (ADN, Diploma, or BSN) and a current RN license (compact where applicable); BLS certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from a nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license and compact license as applicable.
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk long shifts, and perform essential motions.

Position Details

RN/LPN - Cardiac Tele- PT Nights (24/hr weekly)

Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Certifications

• Basic Life Support certification or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

Physical Requirements

• Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
• Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
