• Provide in-home nursing tasks including Medication Box/Machine set up and refill visits, wound care, catheterizations, and PICC dressing changes and flushes.

Essential Functions:

• Foster our mission: To attract, train, retain and treasure the best care professionals
• Develop strong relationships with care managers
• Be comfortable and confident providing some in-home, hands-on nursing tasks including task such as:
• Medication Box/Machine Set up and refill visits
• Wound Care
• Catheterizations
• PICC dressing changes and/or flushes

• LPN or RN degree

• Able to use multiple types of technology
