Job summary

Arosa Piedmont Triad in Greensboro, NC is seeking an experienced LPN or RN to provide in-home nursing care to seniors. The role involves hands-on nursing tasks and collaboration with care managers.

You bring an LPN/RN degree, compassionate personality, excellent communication, and a team-friendly attitude; you must be able to work with technology and pass a drug screen and background check; authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid LPN or RN degree.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Foster the mission by attracting, training, retaining, and treasuring care professionals.
• Develop strong relationships with care managers.
• Provide in-home, hands-on nursing tasks (Medication Box/Setup, wound care, catheterizations, PICC dressing changes).

Essential Functions:

• Foster our mission: To attract, train, retain and treasure the best care professionals
• Develop strong relationships with care managers
• Be comfortable and confident providing some in-home, hands-on nursing tasks including task such as:
• Medication Box/Machine Set up and refill visits
• Wound Care
• Catheterizations
• PICC dressing changes and/or flushes

What Makes You a Great Candidate:

• LPN or RN degree
