Arosa is urgently seeking bilingual in-home care professionals in the Miami area to join our team of senior-care specialists. The role involves hands-on nursing tasks in patients' homes, including medication setup, wound care, catheterizations, and PICC dressing changes under care managers' guidance.

We require an LPN or RN degree, a positive team mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to work with various technologies.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Foster the mission to attract, train, retain and treasure the best care professionals.
• Develop strong relationships with care managers.
• Provide in-home nursing tasks including Medication Box/Machine setup and refill visits.
• Perform Wound Care, Catheterizations, and PICC dressing changes and/or flushes.
