Job summary

Arosa Fl-Tri County in Miami, FL seeks a licensed nurse for in-home care. The role is urgent and requires bilingual English proficiency and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

You will perform hands-on nursing tasks, manage medications, wound care, catheterizations, and PICC dressing changes, while coordinating with care managers and families. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN degree required.
• Bilingual preferred; English proficiency encouraged.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Drug screen and background check required.
• Experience in in-home care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with care managers.

• Provide in-home nursing tasks including medication setup and refills.

Essential Functions:

• Foster our mission: To attract, train, retain and treasure the best care professionals
• Develop strong relationships with care managers
• Be comfortable and confident providing some in-home, hands-on nursing tasks including task such as:
• Medication Box/Machine Set up and refill visits
• Wound Care
• Catheterizations
• PICC dressing changes and/or flushes
