Job summary

Arosa is seeking an experienced RN/LPN for in-home care in Greensboro, NC. You will work with our team to deliver compassionate, client-centered care to seniors in their homes, with a flexible schedule that respects family needs.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and hands-on nursing tasks such as medication support, wound care, catheterizations, and PICC care. You will join a caring, mission-driven company dedicated to quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN degree required.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Foster our mission: To attract, train, retain and treasure the best care professionals
• Develop strong relationships with care managers
• Be comfortable and confident providing some in-home, hands-on nursing tasks including task such as:
• Medication Box/Machine Set up and refill visits
• Wound Care
• Catheterizations
• PICC dressing changes and/or flushes
