Job summary

Arosa is seeking compassionate LPN or RN professionals to provide in-home nursing support in Park City, UT. You will join a collaborative team delivering tailored care to seniors, with opportunities to work closely with care managers and families.

The role includes hands-on nursing tasks such as medication setup, wound care, catheterizations, and PICC dressing changes, with emphasis on patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN degree required.
• English proficiency encouraged.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Compassionate personality with a team approach.
• Able to use multiple types of technology.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships with care managers.
• Provide in-home nursing tasks including medication setup/refill visits.

Essential Functions:

• Foster our mission: To attract, train, retain and treasure the best care professionals
• Develop strong relationships with care managers
• Be comfortable and confident providing some in-home, hands-on nursing tasks including task such as:
• Medication Box/Machine Set up and refill visits
• Wound Care
• Catheterizations
• PICC dressing changes and/or flushes

What Makes You a Great Candidate:
