• Work with nursing and leadership to coordinate admissions.
• Maintain timely follow-up on referrals and prospective residents.
• Assist with admission paperwork and transition into the facility.
• Build relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
• Support census and occupancy goals through collaboration.
