Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a dedicated LPN/RN for part-time night shifts at Wesley Woods in New Albany, OH. You will provide nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to support residents with compassion.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio LPN/RN license or eligible to practice.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident needs.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered.
• Supervise and support care staff and collaborate on resident care plans.
• Monitor changes in residents’ conditions and communicate with the care team.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control procedures.
• Document all care activities accurately and timely.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.

Part - Time Nights | 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM - 2 week rotation: Week 1 - Tuesday, Wednesday and Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday

Part - Time Days | 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM - every other Saturday and Sunday

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
