Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is hiring a CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant for Wesley Woods in New Albany, OH. The role supports residents in daily activities and safety during the night shift, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative team focused on compassionate care for seniors in our Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing units.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities
• Respond to call lights and provide timely support
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
• Launder residents' personal belongings
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment
• Work closely with team members to ensure quality care
• Participate in shift reports at beginning and end of shifts
