Role Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, caring, timely Practical Nursing care to residents, supporting their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
• Monitor residents, ensure care continuity, document observations, assist physicians, and perform tests as needed.
• Participate in shift reports, manage narcotics accountability, respond promptly to residents' needs, and communicate changes.
• Assist in developing and implementing care plans, and oversee care provided by nursing staff.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (LPN or RN).
• Current licensure by PA State Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification (prior to or upon employment).
• Preferred: experience in long-term care.
• Basic computer skills, effective communication skills.
