LPN/RN Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide bedside care, including personal hygiene maintenance
  • Record vital signs and collect health information
  • Relate information between patients, RNs, and physicians
  • Administer medications and injections
  • Test blood sugar levels
  • Insert and care for urinary catheters
  • Monitor patient changes and maintain accurate medical records
  • Ask questions for clarification when needed and act as a role model for staff
  • Maintain patient confidentiality
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and compassionate demeanor
LPN/RN Requirements:
  • Current LPN or RN license in the state
  • Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification
  • At least one year of experience in a Long Term Care setting (preferred)
  • Knowledge of MatrixCare (preferred)
