Salary: Up to $36.60/hour for RNs and up to $33.30/hour for LPNs

LPN/RN Core Responsibilities:

• Consults and coordinates with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Prepares and administers medications (orally, subcutaneously, through an IV) and records prescribed treatments. Reports adverse reactions per policy.
• Records patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment used on patients, interprets and records electronic displays.
• Initiates corrective actions when patients show adverse symptoms.
• Provides bedside care for various medical patients.
• Changes dressings, inserts catheters, starts IVs.
• Prepares equipment and assists physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Responds to life-saving situations following nursing standards and protocols.
• Participates in discharge planning.
• Utilizes effective time management skills.
• Records all care information accurately, completely, and timely.
• Performs other duties as assigned based on the setting.

LPN/RN Requirements:

• Current LPN/RN license in the state.
• Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
• At least one year of LPN or RN experience in a Long Term Care setting (preferred).
• Knowledge of MatrixCare (preferred).
