Benedictine Living in Owatonna, MN is seeking an LPN Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator to manage residents’ MDS/RAI care plans from admission to discharge, ensuring safety and needs are met in all aspects of care.

The LPN ensures Quality Reporting Program data elements are completed and assists in PDPM interim payment assessments, working with care teams. This on-site role requires 3 days per week and includes nurse leadership on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• LPN in good standing with the board of nursing.
• Experience with MDS, Medicare, assessment and care planning processes.
• Knowledge of current state and federal regulations governing long-term care facilities.
• Ability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MatrixCare.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• The LPN ensures all Quality Reporting Program data elements are completed on the MDS item sets.
• The LPN assists in completion of PDPM worksheets for Interim Payment Assessments.
