Job summary

Benedictine Living in North Dakota is seeking an RN-Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator Float to manage MDS/RAI care plan implementation, auditing, and coordination of clinical payment programs.

Responsibilities include coordinating MDS/CQA analysis, scheduling, and participating in internal reimbursement audits, while promoting the Benedictine Mission and Core Values. Must have RN license, BLS, and MDS/RAI experience.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing required.
• BLS certified required.
• Experience in geriatric nursing and MDS/RAI processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in interdisciplinary Clinical Reimbursement meetings for care plan info and insurer documentation.
• Prepare/assist MDS, CAA analysis, and care plan scheduling.
• Support MDS Monitor timeliness with other departments.
• Engage in internal reimbursement audit processes as assigned.
• Promote Benedictine Mission and Core Values in daily duties.
