Benedictine is seeking an LPN to serve as a Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator in Owatonna, MN. This part-time, days role focuses on managing the resident MDS/RAI care plan from admission to discharge on-site.

The LPN will ensure data elements for Quality Reporting are completed and assist with PDPM worksheets to determine Interim Payment Assessments, while coordinating with Nurse Leadership on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• LPN in good standing with state board of nursing.
• Experience with MDS, Medicare, assessment and care planning processes.
• Knowledge of current state and federal long-term care regulations.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Quality Reporting Program data elements are completed on MDS item sets.
• Assist in completing PDPM worksheets to evaluate Interim Payment Assessments.
