Collaborating with the Director of Nursing, you will participate in ongoing education and provide patient education to promote durable recovery and adherence to care plans.

Qualificações

• Licensure as LPN in the applicable state or compact license.
• 1 year of professional LPN experience preferred.
• Familiarity with substance use treatment and detox protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Record and document patient medical history accurately.
• Take vital signs and monitor patient status.
• Administer medications and observe effectiveness.
• Assist RN with triage and admissions decisions.
• Provide patient education to support recovery.
• Document care, shifts, and reports; participate in rounds.
