Addiction Recovery Care, LLC (ARC) is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to support our addiction treatment and behavioral health services in Kentucky. You will take vitals, administer medications, document care, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• LPN coursework completed or in progress.
• Valid LPN license must be active.
• Substance abuse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take vitals.
• Administer medication to clients as directed.
• Charting for insurance purposes.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude toward residents, staff and volunteers.
• Handle crisis situations in a calm, supportive manner.
• Create a safe and healthy environment for clients.
• Coordinate refills and new prescriptions with staff physician.
• Log medications and maintain an accurate medication logbook.
• On-call for residential center.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
