Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers seeks a dedicated LPN to join our team in a resident care setting, promoting long-term recovery and safety. You will administer medications under physician direction and partner with leadership to maintain a therapeutic environment.

Responsibilities include dispensing meds, performing tests and blood draws, and training staff on CPR, first aid, and health and safety. We offer growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment.
• Associates or better in Nursing or related field.
• Preferred High School/GED or better.
• LPN license is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer/dispense medication under physician supervision.
• Ensure the treatment plan of the Medical Director is followed.
• Perform Mantoux testing and blood draws.
• Assist in training staff on health and safety and maintain equipment.
• Provide staff training in CPR, First Aid, and vital signs.
• Educate clients about methadone maintenance, detox, and labs.
• Support prenatal care education and coordinate outside services as needed.
• Additional duties as required.
