Job summary

Unify Health Services is seeking an Industrial Medical Provider for a full-time 2nd shift role in Wisconsin. The position involves delivering on-site medical care, first aid, and preventive health services for workers under OSHA guidelines.

Ideal candidates are licensed RNs, LPNs, EMTs or Paramedics with strong assessment and communication skills, comfortable working independently while supporting a team. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and wellness programs.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards
  • Experience in industrial healthcare or occupational health is a plus
  • RN, LPN, EMT & Paramedic certification or licensure in your state (required)
  • CPR and First Aid certification (BLS) (required)
  • 6 months to 1 year of professional experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide first aid care within OSHA guidelines (not full scope of licensure)
  • Respond to workplace illnesses and injuries on the plant floor or onsite center
  • Administer vaccines, COVID/flu tests, and operate medical equipment (EKG, AED, emergency kits)
  • Conduct pre-employment physicals including audiograms and vision screenings
  • Perform return-to-work evaluations including breath alcohol and drug screenings

Schedule: Full-time, 2nd Shift (M-Th) 3:30pm - 2am.
Location: Tomahawk, WI

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first aid care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure)
  • Respond to workplace illnesses and injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center
  • Administer vaccines, COVID/flu tests, and operate medical equipment (EKG, AED, emergency kits)
  • Conduct pre-employment physicals including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires
  • Perform return-to-work evaluations including breath alcohol and drug screenings
Physical Demands
  • Lift 30-50 lbs as needed
  • Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
  • Occasional stooping, bending, and reaching from floor level to overhead
  • Tasks involving pinching, grasping, and gripping
  • Periodic computer work
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards
  • Experience in industrial healthcare or occupational health a plus
  • RN, LPN, EMT & Paramedic certification or licensure in your state (required)
  • CPR and First Aid certification (BLS) (required)
  • 6 months to 1 year of professional experience preferred
