Job summary

Brushy Creek Post Acute – Greer, SC is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in a cottage-style skilled nursing setting. You will join a team delivering safe, compassionate, and individualized care on 12-hour shifts.

We offer competitive pay from $27–$33 per hour with shift differentials up to $8 per hour, and flexible PRN scheduling. On-site leadership is available 24/7 and we support a collaborative, organized work environment across our South Carolina

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina is required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain continuing education and stay in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Ability to remain physically active throughout shift; walking between cottages.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
