Job summary

Cherrydale Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced LPN to provide skilled nursing care to residents on 12-hour shifts. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care and maintain comprehensive clinical documentation.

The role requires an active SC LPN license and current CPR certification, with opportunities for PRN scheduling and career growth within a large SC skilled nursing network.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina is required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Must maintain continuing education and stay in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
