Cherrydale Post Acute in Greenville, SC seeks a committed LPN to deliver direct patient care within a 132-bed facility.

You will administer medications, monitor health status, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ well-being on 12-hour shifts, full-time or PRN, with a strong focus on safety and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required).
• Current CPR certification required.
• Continuing education and good standing with SC Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the clinical team.
• Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
