Job summary

Cherrydale Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee day-to-day nursing operations during your shift, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents. You will lead the care team, coordinate clinical activities, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires an accredited RN program graduate, SC RN license, CPR certification, and 2+ years of experience in long-term care or rehab. Knowledge of PCC is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred, ideally in long-term care or rehab.
• Knowledge of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Maintain continuing education and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing operations for your assigned shift.
• Provide and oversee direct patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and leadership.
• Support and supervise LPNs and CNAs.
