Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute in Grand Junction, CO is hiring LPNs for part-time, PRN and full-time roles with 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am shifts. You will provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit, including supervising nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Colorado.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check.
• Experience in SNF/LTC is a plus.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• CPR certification

Rate Range: $28-$38/ hour
