Job summary

Boulder Post Acute in Colorado is seeking PRN and full-time LPNs to join our compassionate care team. You will provide licensed nursing services in a skilled nursing setting, support medication administration, and contribute to a patient‑centered environment that values teamwork and ongoing learning.

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as CAPS background check.
• Experience in SNF/LTC is a plus.

• PRN 8 Hour and 12 Hour Shifts, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am, 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am
• Full-Time 6am-6pm
• Full-Time 6pm-6am

Successful Candidates
