Job summary

Red Cliffs Post Acute is hiring LPNs for full-time day and night shifts in our skilled nursing facility. You will provide nursing services, possibly supervise nurse assistants, and participate in medications and treatments to support resident care.

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus!
• Rate Range: $28-$38/ hour
