Job summary

The Gardens of Germantown in Germantown, TN, is hiring an LPN to provide resident care and support under the Wellness Director. Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with treatments, and ensuring accurate charting and communication with physicians.

Qualifications

• Administer or assist residents to self-administer medications and treatments.
• Collect, store, and ensure the transport of certain specimens for laboratory studies.
• Communicate with physicians via telephone, fax, and Physician Communication forms.
• Ensure physician orders, laboratory reports, and other data is scanned and filed in resident charts.
• Assist in the development and revision of service plans. Inform Wellness Director of current resident needs and preferences as well as successful service approaches.
• Perform other duties as directed by Wellness Director.
