Job summary

Boulder Post Acute in Boulder, CO is hiring CNAs to join a caring team. You will provide direct resident care under licensed nurses, helping with daily activities, mobility, and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Colorado CNA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under supervision of licensed nurses.
• Assist with daily living activities and comfort measures.
• Maintain patient safety and report changes to the care team.
• Document care provided in the resident chart.

Open Positions:

• PRN all shifts (both 8 & 12 hr shifts)
• Full Time 6am-6pm
• Full Time 6pm-6am

Provide direct care to the residents of the facility under the direction of licensed nurses

Successful Candidates:

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as a CNA in Colorado
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus!

Rate Range: $20-$27/hour
