CARIN Alliance is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one home care for pediatric and adult patients across multiple locations in Texas. The role emphasizes thorough assessment, care planning, and skilled nursing services delivered in patients' homes, following physician orders and nursing protocols.

Strong independent work ethic, clear documentation, and ability to monitor evolving conditions are essential.

Qualifications

• Current LVN license in the practicing state (Texas).
• TB or Chest X-Ray clearance and BLS certification.
• Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience.
