Job summary

AccessHealth in Corbin, KY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home pediatric care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process and deliver skilled nursing services per orders while monitoring for physiologic and psychosocial changes.

The role requires a valid LPN license in Kentucky, provide TB/Chest X-ray, and BLS certification; experience preferred.
