Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health seeks a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and adult patients in home settings. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process, deliver services per orders, and monitor physiologic and psychosocial changes.

Eligible candidates hold an active CA LVN license, BLS certification, and a TB test or chest X-ray; one year of nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in the practice state (California).
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray and BLS certification.
• Preferably one year of professional nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Monitor and interpret signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and document patient data and nursing diagnoses.
