Job summary

Rock Health is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and adult patients, following the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.

You will deliver skilled nursing services, assess signs and symptoms, and document nursing diagnoses, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes. A California LPN/LVN license and BLS are required; TB/Chest X-ray screening is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
• Preferred: One year of professional nursing experience.
