Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring an LPN to work with patients in the comfort of their own homes. You will provide skilled nursing care, assess patient needs, and document care per orders, ensuring comfort and safety in home settings.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services on each assignment in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

Responsibilities
